The story

Behind the experience.

A sales organisation had outgrown its usual gathering. In Dubai, one resort held forty breakout tracks and a shared programme built around the people attending.

The brief

The annual kick-off had outgrown its usual hotel. The client needed a single site that could welcome the whole sales organisation and still feel considered.

The numbers were large. Each attendee would experience the event one day, one room and one conversation at a time.

A shared keynote needed to hold the company together; individual sessions needed to be easy to find and attend. The client had a message to deliver and colleagues to bring closer, with a programme that made room for both.

The experience

One resort brought rooms, sessions and dining onto the same site. Forty breakout tracks sat around a shared morning keynote, with a closing awards gala to gather the company for the final celebration.

That common setting gave the programme continuity.

The planning considered the company as a whole and the individual finding their way through a day. Bringing the handovers closer made them easier to coordinate, giving the client a practical foundation for a gathering at this scale.

On the ground

Room assignments, transfers and session seating were held in one guest platform. On-site changes reached attendees' phones within minutes, turning an adjustment into a clear next step.

A guest should know where to go. A host should have time to welcome them when they get there.

The practical work behind that confidence stayed with the production team, leaving the client free to attend to the company they had brought together: its people, its direction and the relationships within it.
