Behind the experience.
Press, partners and staff came to one London warehouse for different reasons. Five rooms gave them a shared product story and space to make it their own.
The brief
Three audiences. One evening.
The client needed a launch that could speak to press, partners and staff, while creating strong images for the coverage that followed. Each group brought a different kind of attention. The occasion had to make sense to the people in the room and to those who would only see it afterwards.
At its centre was a product story that deserved to be understood, with time around it for the relationships a launch can begin.
The experience
Five rooms transformed an empty warehouse into a walk-through experience. Light, sound and food carried different parts of the story, giving guests a sequence they could encounter as they moved.
The final room opened into a shared party space.
After the progression of the experience, there was somewhere to stay and talk. Press, partners and staff could take what they had seen into conversation, while the client had a setting for meeting people beyond the formal introduction.
On the ground
Timed entry kept the rooms from becoming crowded. Press had a separate route and a quiet interview room, allowing their work to happen within the same evening without placing every audience on the same path.
The flow needed close attention throughout.
That responsibility stayed with the production. The client could stay with a question, an introduction or a useful conversation, while guest movement and the next part of the experience continued around them.
