The story

Behind the experience.

A journey from the medina to the Agafay desert, for top performers and their partners. A thank-you with enough care behind it to feel personal.

The brief

These guests knew the resort circuit. Another impressive address would only be a beginning.

The client wanted a reward their strongest performers would still be talking about a year later. Their partners were part of the invitation too. The trip had to recognise the people behind the results, with choices and personal care that gave the celebration some meaning.

It was an opportunity to say thank you at a different scale, while remembering that appreciation still reaches one person at a time.

The experience

Private riads in the medina gave the stay a close, distinctive setting. A day in the Atlas opened the journey out. The final evening moved to an Agafay desert camp built for the group alone.

Partners had their own programme options each day.

That freedom mattered. A shared journey could hold different interests, with enough continuity to keep everyone part of the same occasion. The client could offer discovery and celebration without asking every guest to want the same afternoon.

On the ground

Each guest was met by name at arrival. Dietary, mobility and family needs had been gathered before booking, then carried through the arrangements without requiring a person to keep raising the same request.

For the host, that continuity meant more room to be present. A conversation could stay a conversation, rather than turn into another practical problem to relay.

The production held the journeys between settings and the details between teams. The care belonged in the guest's experience; the effort of keeping it continuous belonged with the people delivering it.
