  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

  • Services may be paused if payment terms are not met.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive project information. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary concepts, designs, and client data shared during collaboration.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Final project deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

  • Our Rights: Seyko Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

Projects may involve the use of third-party tools, software, or services. Seyko Studios is not liable for interruptions, costs, or errors caused by these external providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seyko Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with a written notice.

  • Upon termination, Seyko Studios will deliver completed work-to-date, and the client will be billed for work performed.

10. Governing Law
